Our Mission

Alleviate social anxiety.
Every high school freshman's worst nightmare is how they can find a community that respects them, where they feel like they belong. Our program creates that community and help students go through high school with confidence.

Empower through mentorship.
Our entire organization is centered around mentorship. Every student that applies will get paired with a high school upperclassmen who is compassionate and willing to be like "an older sibling".

We support.
We believe in more than just academic support, but also realize that high school can be mentally and socially challenging as well. We want to help mentees manage their stress and time through our personal mentorship program, because a plane can only fly if it is built with care and support.

Our vision is a future where all high school students, regardless of socioeconomic background, have the resources, confidence, and support they need to thrive in high school. Through our mentorship program, we aspire to transform the landscape of high school education, fostering an inclusive environment where every student can thrive and soar towards their academic and personal goals.
More than just college guidance
We believe college guidance should cover more than just test scores and extracurriculars. We want to make it more supportive, by offering personal guidance through a mentorship system that feels more like an older sibling than a complete stranger.
We offer a comprehensive package of different resources - like tutoring and an opportunities database - to make sure our mentees are ready to navigate high school and find their own authentic self.
